Change your mind? No problem.

We offer a full, no questions asked, merchandise refund on all orders that have not yet been shipped. If an order was shipped, we offer a full merchandise refund, provided that you refuse delivery and the merchandise is received back to us undamaged in transit. If you inadvertently accepted delivery, or the product was purchased in store, we offer a 2 week refund period, or until the Holiday, whichever is shorter, providing the merchandise has not been opened or used in away way, with all parts intact and accounted for.

Please note, outbound shipping costs are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund total.

Please note that due to the nature of Sukkah’s and Schach and related items are seasonal items, in all instances, we are unable to offer any refunds of delivered and accepted merchandise, whether open/unboxed or otherwise, within 3 days prior to the start of the Sukkot holiday and any replacements or exchanges are only subject to available inventory.
